Tapper is a web-based application we designed and developed to replace traditional tally sheets in shared environments such as offices, clubs, and collectives.

The product addresses a common friction point: managing shared drinks and snacks in a transparent and fair way. Instead of handwritten lists and manual reconciliation, Tapper enables users to log consumption in seconds via tablet or smartphone. Real-time balances, configurable negative balance rules, and visual payment reminders reduce financial ambiguity and minimize the need for upfront cash.

From a design perspective, the focus was on clarity, speed, and low interaction cost. The booking flow is intentionally minimal. Select name, select product, done. For administrators, we designed a structured dashboard that provides transaction history, expense tracking, inventory oversight, and loss documentation, ensuring full financial transparency.
